By accessing or using CallTwin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CallTwin provides an AI-powered voice agent that can answer phone calls on your behalf using a synthesized version of your voice. The Service includes voice cloning, call handling, call triage, knowledge-based Q&A, and appointment scheduling features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
By uploading voice recordings, you confirm that: (a) the voice samples are your own voice, or you have explicit written consent from the voice owner; (b) you understand that CallTwin will create a synthetic voice based on these recordings; (c) you authorize the use of this synthetic voice to answer phone calls on your behalf. You agree NOT to: (a) use the Service to impersonate someone without their consent; (b) use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes; (c) use the Service to make outbound robocalls or spam calls; (d) violate any applicable telecommunications regulations.
Calls handled by CallTwin may be recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for complying with applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction. Many states require two-party consent for call recording. CallTwin's AI agent will inform callers that the call may be recorded, but you should verify this meets your local legal requirements.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. After 30 days, refunds are not provided for partial months. Call usage that exceeds your plan limit may result in service interruption until the next billing cycle.
CallTwin may send SMS text messages in two scenarios: (a) when a caller verbally requests information be texted to them during a live call (e.g., a property listing link); (b) when notifying you, the business owner, of call activity (e.g., post-call summaries). Standard message and data rates apply. You can opt out of owner notifications in your dashboard settings. Callers opt in by verbally requesting a text during the call. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Message frequency varies based on call volume.
CallTwin is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for missed calls, incorrect information provided by the AI, failed appointments, or any damages arising from use of the Service. The AI may make mistakes — you should review call summaries and follow up on important leads.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your voice clone will be permanently deleted from our systems and our third-party voice provider (ElevenLabs).
When a caller requests information via text during a call, their phone number is used to send the requested SMS. Business owners who enable SMS notifications receive post-call summaries to their registered phone number. Phone numbers used for SMS are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS is delivered via Twilio. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We use the following third-party services to operate CallTwin:
Voice recordings are stored for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion or cancellation, your voice clone is deleted from ElevenLabs and your audio samples are removed from our storage within 30 days. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days after your account is closed.
You may request: deletion of your voice clone at any time via Settings; export of your call data; deletion of your account and all associated data. Contact hello@calltwin.ai for data requests.
By providing voice recordings to CallTwin, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
1. Ownership: I confirm that the voice recordings I provide are of my own voice, or I have obtained explicit written consent from the person whose voice is recorded.
2. Purpose: I understand my voice will be cloned using AI technology (ElevenLabs) to create a synthetic voice that sounds like me.
3. Usage: I authorize CallTwin to use this synthetic voice to answer inbound phone calls on my behalf, including greeting callers, answering questions, triaging leads, and scheduling appointments.
4. Disclosure: I understand that callers will be interacting with an AI agent, not me directly. The AI agent will identify itself appropriately when required by law.
5. Revocation: I can revoke this consent at any time by deleting my voice clone through the Settings page or by contacting support. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
6. Biometric Data: I understand that voice recordings and voice prints may be considered biometric data under certain state laws (e.g., Illinois BIPA, Texas CUBI). I consent to the collection, use, and storage of this data as described in this policy.
